We provide support services on a contract basis with clear annual costs and response times. You can count on our experts to be there quickly to help you whenever problems arise. Our support services include training, software maintenance, corrective maintenance for equipment and proactive measures. You can choose the level of service that best suits your business needs and supports cost-efficiency.

We ensure the availability of your equipment and software, allowing you to concentrate on your core business. Our experts guarantee a great result while saving you time and money.

We also offer non-contractual maintenance services for all the marking and labelling equipment we supply, as well as corrective maintenance and proactive scheduled maintenance. Our maintenance team aims to ensure that the equipment works properly in your operating environment. We can perform maintenance at the customer’s premises or at Informa’s repair workshop in Espoo. You can also ask for a replacement device or equipment for the maintenance period.

Our maintenance team is experienced, professional and trained by our suppliers. The team members hold the necessary occupational safety, first aid, and electrical safety permits. Maintenance work is covered by our insurance, so you can always rely on a high-quality and safe service.
