Markem-Imaje 5940G

Hot melt coding is a completely non-toxic and unique labelling technology!

The printers are solvent-free as well as user- and environmentally friendly. They come with an easy-to-use interface and a colour touch screen. A simple and clear menu structure makes selecting and changing printing options quicker. The printer comes with a hot melt ink tank of 3.5 litres, making it 75% larger compared to most competitors’ printers. This means that the 5940G requires 43% less operator intervention, and there is no need to stop the production line to add ink. With the 5940G, you can also keep production areas and environments clean, unlike with most traditional ink jets. The printer is IP54 rated, so it can be used in dusty conditions or outdoors.

Touch Dry® inks have a high optical density, enabling very precise and clear markings. The marking also dries instantly and remains sharp and easy to read. The printer can print images, text and barcodes. Inks are available in a range of colours, so you can also highlight your brand colours.
